LYNWOOD Terms & Conditions
Payment is accepted by cash, personal cheques supported by a bankers card, Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Solo. You may pay a deposit by leaving your debit / credit card number with us as security. In the event of a no show a one night fee for one person of £40.00 will be deducted.
Rooms are reserved until 7.00pm unless notice is given of late arrival.
Accounts payable on presentation.
Guests vacating their rooms are asked to do so by 10.00am.
Cancellation Policy: When a reservation has been made both the guest and Lynwood enter a legally binding contract.
If more than 3 days notice is given we will refund any deposit paid.
However, if less than 3 days notice is given or a guest fails to turn up, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as a short notice cancellation fee.
Costs incurred by theft or damages will be recovered by the proprietors.
We are a Non-smoking establishment and smoking is not permitted in any part of the Guest House.
